Who’s eligible?
Employee eligibility
You are eligible for Schneider Electric benefits if you are a:
- Salaried or hourly full-time employee;
- Regular part-time employee, scheduled to work at least 17.5 hours per week; or
- Union employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement providing coverage by this program.
NOTE: Temporary workers and contracted or leased employees are excluded from Schneider Electric benefits.
Eligible dependents
At Schneider Electric, we recognize the importance of benefits coverage for your family. If you are eligible for benefits, you may cover your spouse or domestic partner and your children, as defined below. If you have enrolled your child within the 31-day deadline and are nearing the 60-day dependent verification deadline but have yet to receive their birth/adoption certificate (or other government issued document), please contact PeopleLink before the 60-day deadline to request an extension. |
