GeoBlue dental

Dental coverage provides benefits for preventive care like exams and cleanings. It also covers basic and major restorative care. If you enroll in a GeoBlue medical plan, you automatically get dental coverage at the same coverage tier you elected for medical. IMPORTANT: You cannot elect GeoBlue dental separately; medical and dental coverage is bundled.

While you are outside the U.S.: You are free to see any dental provider you choose because there is no specific international dental network. Most often, you pay the provider when you receive services and request reimbursement. Or you can call GeoBlue before your dental appointment to request a guarantee of payment. In this case, GeoBlue may be able to make arrangements with your dentist to pay them directly.

If you are receiving dental services while you are inside the U.S.: You are free to see any dental provider you choose, however you may pay less if you select a provider who is part of the United Concordia dental network.
