Both employees and spouses who participate in a Schneider Electric medical plan in 2021 will still need to complete the online health assessment questionnaire within Virgin Pulse by November 30, 2020 to avoid the non-participation fee in 2021. Both the biometric screening and health assessment will be required in 2021 to avoid the non-participation fee for 2022 medical benefits.
