We welcomed our third and last child into the world on July 3, so Schneider’s updated parental leave benefit came as such a timely blessing! I can’t describe what it means to me to have the added 8 weeks to not only soak in these last baby snuggles, but also to simply figure out life as a family of 5. Knowing that Schneider Electric is supportive of my well-being during this time gives me confidence that I will be able to contribute as my best self when I return to work.
