To feel more in control

I recently moved away from my family for the first time and it caused me a lot of anxiety and has been a difficult last few months. During this difficult time I’m really glad I was able to find a reliable therapist who can help me through the emotions I’m feeling and share some perspective on how I’m handling the changes.

I now feel more comfortable in my situation and more in control of how I’m feeling.
